– To distribute directly and indirectly in Italy and abroad, to import and export directly or by intermediaries cinematographic works as well as television, audiovisual and teathrical ones on any support or audiovisual mean already invented and not yet;
– Direct and indirect management of cinemas;
– Production, coproduction, distribution, purchasing, rental, import and export of national or international feature and short films with narrative, documentary, scientific, didactic or advertising character, live action or animation, as well as the progress of all the industrial, commercial and financial affairs, direct and indirect, anyhow with connection or main relevance with the cinematographic, television or audiovisual activities in general;
– Ideation, organization and direction of cinematographic, television e theatrical production, directly or by intermediaries, as well as the service activities connected with start, production distribution and marketing in Italy and abroad of said works, including the stage setting;
– To purchase original cinematographic, radio or television subjects, screenplys, cultural or didactic literary, theatrical or musical works, cinematographic, television or audiovisual reduction rights, in order to use them directly, in association with thirds or to assign them to thirds.
– To hire under contract artistic and technical staff to use their perfomances on your own and/or in association with thirds. – To perform editing activities of any genre of musical works, even of soundtracks and the relative exploitation with any mean.
– The organization of theater companies performing any kind of activities in the entertainment’s field even with didactic or sperimental character. The society, strumentally respect to achievement of the social object, will be able to perform all those securities, real estate and financial transactions, not prevalent in charcater to the deemed appropiate extent by the Administrative Body and will also be capable of hiring, not for placement purposes, attendences in other companies or enterprises with similar objects to its own, with the esclusion of taking parteceipation in societies with personal character, the whole in respect of the current legal provisions.
